Jason Fitz with Yahoo Sports hanging out with, I don't know, 3-time MVP, 14 time All-Star World Series champion, never gets old saying all of that.
Alex Rodriguez joining us on behalf of Lysol.
Gonna get into some of that because I'm interested to know how it fits into your life and your routine.
But my friend, let's start with a little baseball.
Got a lot we're gonna cover with you, but you know the Yankees better than anybody, right?
And Yankees Dodgers over the weekend had everybody mesmerized.
What is it about Aaron Judge versus Shohe that seems to captivate everybody so much?

Well, I mean, it, it is a, I, I grew up in an era where I fell in love with basketball with Magic versus Bird, and this is the best version of it, you know, 40 years later, whatever it is.
Uh, these are the two best players.
One is probably the biggest global star in the world, or definitely the top 3 of any sport and showhatani, what he's done to the Dodger business model has just been In incredibly hard to even articulate.
Uh, they're doing NFL numbers, uh, or better than NFL numbers, and they're in MLB baseball, so he's obviously speaks for itself, and then Aaron Judge is one of the biggest domestic stars we have, uh.

In sports, I mean these guys transcend the sport of baseball.
They're both incredible human beings and they have something in common which is kind of cool, especially in 2025.
They're the biggest stars of sport, but we know very, very little about each one of them, which there is a mystery about them, which is kind of rare in the social media uh world.
Right, well, you've played, you're about to be an owner.
I'm gonna let you tap dance for a little bit.
If I made you the owner of a Major League baseball team, and you had to pick which one of these two stars you wanted to have on your franchise, you go and get one, which one are you going with?

Oh, I can't pick one of those.
I'll tell you what, I'll let you pick and I'll get whoever you don't want, and we're both and we're both winners.
Being an umpires thankless, sweaty work.
So you're joining us on behalf of Lysol.
Let's start here.
Tell everybody what you're doing with Lysol.
Well, you know this, I mean, refs, uh, reps and I's are some of the toughest jobs out there, selfless, like no matter what, you have 5 guys screaming at you, then you have 5 guys like every place, somebody screaming at you.
You have fans cheering refs you suck and all this craziness.
So I teamed up with Lysol to really talk about how crucial they are to our game and uh to celebrate them and recognize them both their work on and off the field.
