Hunt with 45,000 eggs happening next weekend at Trumbull County Fairgrounds
BAZETTA TWP., Ohio (WKBN) – Kids can hunt for eggs and even win bigger prizes at the Trumbull County Fairgrounds next weekend.
All About the Party is hosting the community's largest free Easter Egg Hunt next Sunday.
There will be 45,000 eggs scattered around the fairgrounds, filled with candy or other prizes. Some of the larger prizes include bikes, TVs and stuffed animals.
The egg hunt extravaganza is taking place after the Junior Fair Board's annual spring breakfast fundraiser.
'We're planning on, hopefully, over 500 people. It's open to all the community. The egg hunt is free to everybody so we hope everybody from Trumbull County gets on board, and comes, and brings the kids out, and pray for good weather and we'll have a good egg hunt out here,' said Kierstin Holmes, with the Trumbull County Fair Board.
The Junior Fair Board's breakfast will run from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 6. The egg hunt is set to begin at 1 p.m.
