How to watch Lionesses vs Jamaica for FREE: TV channel and live stream

The Lionesses play their final Euro 2025 warm-up match tonight, facing Jamaica at Leicester's King Power Stadium. Sarina Wiegman's side must carry the burden of defending their Euros title at this summer's tournament, and will hope to be in top gear on arrival in Switzerland. Advertisement Their morale heading into the tournament may hinge on the outcome of this afternoon's tie. An opening Euros fixture is now less than a week away, with just six days separating the Jamaica tie with a tournament curtainraiser against France. The Netherlands and Wales complete the Lionesses group at the tournament, leaving Wiegman with her work cut out for her. Having lost to Spain in the Nations League last time out, with a second-half Claudia Pina brace undoing Alessia Russo's opener, tonight's tie will be key for developing pre-tournament momentum - to head into the summer with just one win in three would be less than ideal. Advertisement Crystal Palace's Allyson Swaby and her sister Chantelle will both represent the Reggae Girlz, as will Charlton Athletic's Atlanta Primus. For England, a rotated side is likely following Fran Kirby and Millie Bright's departure from the camp. How to watch Lionesses vs Jamaica TV channel: Tonight's match will be broadcast live on ITV 1, with coverage starting from 4:10pm BST ahead of a 5pm kick-off. Coverage is free with a valid TV license. Live stream: Fans can also follow the action live online via the ITVX app and website. Palace sign Jamaica defender Swaby from AC Milan

Crystal Palace have signed Jamaica defender Allyson Swaby from Italian side AC Milan for an undisclosed fee. Swaby, 28, has played top-flight football in the United States and Italy and has committed to a two-and-a-half-year deal with Palace. She is the third permanent signing of the January window for Palace, following the arrivals of Canada forward Clarissa Larisey and Finland midfielder Ria Oling. Swaby's sister, Chantelle, plays as a midfielder for fellow Women's Super League side Leicester City. Laura Kaminski, the Palace manager, described the new recruit as an "excellent" signing who would provide "experience, leadership and real defensive quality". The Eagles, who were promoted as winners of the Championship last season, are bottom of the WSL and four points adrift of safety. Kaminski added of Swaby, who has featured for her country at two World Cups: "She's played at the highest level in both club and international football, and we're excited to see the impact she'll have here at Palace."
