Three hospitalised, one fighting for life after stabbing spree at hotel in Adelaide CBD
Three people are in the hospital, with one fighting for life after an alleged horror stabbing at a central Adelaide apartment. Emergency services were called to Altitude Apartments located in the CBD, near Franklin, Waymouth and Morphett Street, just before 5am on Monday where patrols found three people with stab wounds. All three have been taken to hospital. One remains in a critical condition while the other two are in a stable condition, South Australia Police said in a statement. Footage captured by 9News shows police and paramedics swarming the scene, with broken glass visible on the floor of the hotel lobby. The area has been closed off by police, and officers are currently interviewing one person. Police believe the men involved were known to each other and it was not a random incident. Investigations will continue, and anyone with information has been urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
