Founded in 2018 by beauty fanatic Mona Kattan, KAYALI reimagines the world of fragrance through a personal lens, rooted in Middle Eastern heritage and the ritual of scent layering. Each perfume is crafted in collaboration with renowned perfumers using high-quality, cruelty-free ingredients that leave a lasting impression. The Vacay in a Bottle collection captures four sun-drenched destinations in a series of playful yet refined scents. Now available as individual 50ml bottles and a limited-edition miniature set: Marrakesh in a Bottle Orange Blossom | 24 Capri in a Bottle Lemon Sugar | 14 Maui in a Bottle Sweet Banana | 37, Maldives in a Bottle Ylang Coco | 20 Designed to spark wanderlust with every spritz. This summer season, Alto 54 will team up with KAYALI to bring its beloved scent series to life with a limited-time takeover from May 20th to June 19th, all set against the venue's stylish backdrop and breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai and the towering Burj Khalifa. Guests will be transported through scent and setting as the space is transformed into four beautifully themed zones, from lemon grove-inspired Capri Dining to the lush florals of Marrakesh Lounge. All complemented by branded white and pastel yellow umbrellas, cushions, and cabanas, soak up the sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the infinity pool, dotted with Kayali's colourful bottle-shaped floaties. Beyond aesthetics, guests will also have the chance to experience each scent in a whole new way with interactive sensory pods that reveal each fragrance's key ingredients and a playful perfume vending machine offering surprise samples. Additionally, make sure to stop by the outdoor photo wall to add a splash of colour to your feed before heading to the postcard station, where guests can collect destination-themed stamps as a keepsake of your sky-high summer escape. As for food, guests can delight in a specially curated selection light bites, satisfying mains, and decadent desserts, each tying into one of the four tropical destinations. To start, savour delicious creations such as the flavourful Maui-inspired Salmon Tacos or the indulgent Lobster Roll for a taste of the Maldives before moving onto authentic mains such a the creamy Caprese Burrata. For a refreshing finish, opt for a selection of Exotic Fruits or tuck into the rich Single Origin Chocolate Tart, lightly sprinkled with orange zest to evoke the rich, sun-soaked flavours of Marrakesh. But the adjacent swimming pool, with its infinity edge that melds into the clouds beyond, has always been reserved for in-house guests only – until now. As of February, you can now book a pool day at the 54th floor rooftop infinity pool at Address Sky View. So if you're looking for a Dubai pool day with a view, then don your best swimwear and head to newly named Alto 54, where skyline views and sophisticated lounging await. There's no reservations, and availability is based on first come, first serve, so be sure to head over early to snag yourself a lounger.
