Panama City woman charged with child neglect and animal cruelty
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – Bay County Sheriff's deputies are charging a Panama City woman with several counts of child neglect and animal cruelty.
According to the BCSO, 28-year-old Amber Denise Baucom was arrested on Tuesday for her alleged behavior over the Memorial Day weekend.
Authorities said she left a 10-year-old and a 4-year-old unattended on Saturday night while she went out and partied. Baucom reportedly did not return home until Sunday afternoon.
Authorities also found three bulldogs in separate kennels. They believe the animals were not fed or watered for 19 hours.
