Support local military at Cross Lake Floatilla fun day
CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – You can enjoy a floatilla and support local military members this weekend.
The American Legion Post 14 will host a flag day ceremony and Cross Lake Floatilla Saturday, June 14 starting at 9 a.m. There will be food trucks, slip-in-slides, bounce houses, along with a Lifeshare Blood Drive that goes directly to the local VA hospital. Plus a boat show on Cross Lake. The band The Crowd will play all your favorite 90s' country songs. Proceeds benefit local vets. Organizers say come swim, float, and hang out.
