School choice advocates holding annual Michigan Capitol Celebration
LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) – It's school choice week, a time when supporters celebrate the options Michigan families have when it comes to education. In honor of the week, hundreds of students and educators will take part in the annual Michigan Capitol Celebration.
Amy Dunlap, an Outreach Director with Parents Advocates for Choice in Education in Michigan, joined 6 News anchors, Jorma Duran and Megan Viecelli, to talk about school choice and all that's planned for this year's event.
