The truth behind Noel and Liam Gallagher 's reconciliation and subsequent Oasis reunion has been revealed. According to reports, fans of the band have Noel's daughter Anais to thank for the long-awaited reunion tour. The model, 25, is said to have helped bring the estranged siblings back together after 'planting the idea' of a reconciliation. Taking to TikTok to express her anger, she said: 'One thing I won't stand for is the ageism and the misogyny around people getting tickets.' Step forward Anais Gallagher, Noel's eldest daughter, who has been revealed as the gutsy go-between who has seemingly pulled off what years of fan pleading and big-money offers failed to do. 7 7 7 7 And the plucky model has even had a hand in helping shape the band's set list, by providing crucial insight into what the Mancunian legends ' Gen-Z fans might want to hear on the 41-date reunion tour. The Sun can reveal that Anais, who is from Noel' s first marriage to Meg Mathews, worked tirelessly to reconcile her dad and uncle following Noel's split from Sara MacDonald. So Anais, 25, figured the breakdown of her dad's marriage could be an opportunity to get her old man back together with his feisty brother and the band that made him a megastar. An insider said: 'Anais was one of the biggest sources of comfort and support for Noel following his divorce. But I'm hearing Noel and Liam Gallagher are already doing just that — by consulting their children over which hits to play for their upcoming Oasis Live '25 tour. 11 I'm told Noel's 25-year-old daughter Anais has been picking out Oasis tracks popular on TikTok — the Gen Z app of choice. A source said: 'TikTok has the power to bring songs from the Nineties and Noughties back to the mainstream. "Lesser-known tracks by Oasis, including Bonehead's Bank Holiday and Talk Tonight, are being shared on the app among the younger generation. 'Noel and Liam love that some of their less famous songs are being talked about on TikTok.' Meanwhile Anais, who boasts 160,600 followers on TikTok, often uses Oasis tracks to accompany videos she shares on the platform. The model and photographer — whose mum is Noel's ex Meg Mathews — filmed one clip of her applying lip gloss, to the 1995 Oasis track She's Electric. She has also shared a video of herself lip-synching to the band's 1994 song Digsy's Dinner — captioned: 'Silly song.' Speaking about the track, from album Definitely Maybe, she said: 'It's definitely not my favourite.' Noel previously revealed Anais loved the band's 2002 tune Little By Little, from their album Heathen Chemistry. 'Dream opener' Before playing the song during a gig at London's O2 in 2012, Noel told the audience: 'I'm dedicating this to my daughter — she said it was her favourite song when she was nine.''
