PWCPD: Man accused of going 20+ mph over speed limit during deadly Woodbridge crash
WOODBRIDGE, Va. () — A 23-year-old man is being held behind bars after he was accused of driving more than 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit during a deadly crash in Woodbridge, police said.
According to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD), an arrest warrant was issued for Louis Anariba in connection with the crash that claimed the life of 32-year-old Evangelina Castro.

This comes after an investigation revealed that around 7 p.m. on May 1, a Honda was trying to make a left turn on Dale Boulevard. That's when the car and a Honda Civic, driven by Anariba, collided at the intersection of Barksdale Street
First responders pulled Castro from the first Honda, and she was taken to the hospital, where she died.
The driver, a man, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
As the investigation unfolded, Prince William County police learned that Anariba was allegedly driving more than 20 mph over the posted 45 mph speed limit.
He was charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving.
