Former Southampton player Jo Tessem believes the academy is not producing talent of the same quality as it used to, falling behind Bournemouth and Brighton. Speaking on BBC Radio Solent's Goin' Home With Adam And Jo podcast, Tessem said: "Southampton used to have one of the best academies in terms of producing talent - I'm not seeing that any more."Luke Shaw is still the last one who came out of it.
