Good Morning: Lenten Breakfast Series continues March 15
LAPEL — The Anderson Area Christian Lenten Breakfast Series will continue Saturday, March 15, with the second breakfast and message of the 2025 Lenten season.
The breakfast will be served at Trinity United Methodist Church, 217 E. Seventh St.
All Christian men, women and children are invited to 'this inspirational time together,' according to a press release.
The program will begin at 8 a.m. with breakfast followed by Anderson's Garri George II, who has performed Christian music solo and with his family across the Anderson and Muncie areas.
The Rev. Chuck Compton will then deliver a 'down-to-earth, heartfelt message from his time on a ranch in South Dakota,' the release notes.
The breakfast is free, with freewill donations accepted. The program will last about an hour and a half.
