Leadership lessons: Be kind but clear and make the call – even the wrong decision is better than none at all
When I meet Andy Culligan over Zoom from his home just outside Vienna, he greets me with a grin and a modest description of his role: 'We're your all-singing, all-dancing marketing team.' In fact, he's the CEO and co-founder of Purple Path, a go-to-market agency for tech companies. Perhaps his easygoing manner may have something to do with his Irish upbringing in Dundalk.
