Teenager shot, killed in Northwest DC
WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police said that a teenager was shot and killed in Northwest D.C. on Thursday.
Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the 900 block of Florida Ave. NW when someone reported hearing gunshots.
New reports says DC urgently needs a new jail
There, officers found 17-year-old Angel Ernesto Dominquez of Northwest, D.C., who had been shot and was unconscious and not breathing.
DC Fire and EMS took him to the hospital, but he died there.
