Erdogan invits Al-Sudani to attend the Strategic Cooperation Council meeting

The Prime Minister received an official invitation from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday to attend the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting.
A statement issued by the Prime Minister's Media Office and received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the Prime Minister received an official invitation from the Turkish President to attend the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council meeting, which will be held in Turkey next May. This invitation was received during his meeting with the Turkish Ambassador to Iraq, Anil Bora İnan." The Prime Minister affirmed his acceptance of the invitation, noting the government's keenness to maintain the momentum of the relationship with Turkey, which is witnessing growth at various levels.
The Prime Minister directed the preparation of joint files, including security, water, industry, military industries, energy, transportation, trade, higher education, and other issues, to ensure that the outcomes are comprehensive and enhance cooperation and achieve the supreme interests of both countries, according to the statement.
