Jordan Spieth, Wife Annie Expecting Big Change After U.S. Open
Jordan Spieth enters the U.S. Open coming off of one of his best finishes of the season after a T-7 at the Memorial Tournament.
While he won the U.S. Open back in 2015, Spieth has traditionally struggled at the difficult tracks that come along with U.S. Open golf. He hasn't finished inside the top 20 in his previous three attempts and finished T-41 in 2024.

The star golfer underwent surgery on his wrist in August 2024 after major season came to a close and made a noteworthy admission during an appearance on The Smylie Show, hosted by former professional golfer turned NBC Sports analyst Smylie Kaufman. He and his wife, Annie, are expecting their third child in July.
'I probably watched more football than I have, ever. A lot of family time. My son turned three in November, so we had his birthday and stuff. He loves monster trucks, we were at the monster truck rally. My daughter turned one in September before him, so we had her birthday right after we got home from Colorado after I had my surgery,' Spieth said. 'My wife, we got a third coming in July. So, it's busy.'
The couple took part in the Par 3 contest ahead of the Masters in April, as baby No. 3 was starting to pop. "Favorite day of the year w/ my squad," Spieth said, showing off his wife's baby bump through her caddie bibs.

Spieth went on to finish T-14 at the Masters - his best finish in a major tournament since the 2023 Masters when he finished T-4. He missed the cut at the year's second major title, firing a 76-68 to miss the weekend at the PGA Championship.
