Ambassador William Taylor is speaker at presentation at ASU
SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The former United States Ambassador to Ukraine, William Taylor, gave a presentation at Angelo State's Annual Foreign Affairs program.
Taylor spoke at ASU at 6 p.m. on Feb. 12.
Taylor was Ambassador to Ukraine from 2006 through 2009. He continues his visits to Ukraine as the Vice President for Russia and Europe at the US Peace Institute.
'Things are happening, there's a real attempt, there's a real effort to try to solve this problem to be able to end this war,' said Taylor.
Taylor graduated from West Point Military Academy before beginning a more than 30-year diplomatic career.
