The Hall of Fame game will be played at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton on Thursday, July 31 at 8 p.m. ET (6 p.m. MT). The Chargers made sense as a team for this year's Hall of Fame game as tight end Antonio Gates is a member of the 2025 Pro Football Hall of Fame class. The Lions' most recent Hall of Fame inductees were pass rusher Dwight Freeney (2024) and wide receiver Calvin Johnson (2021). L.A. and Detroit are now set to play four preseason games this summer while the NFL's 30 other clubs (including the Broncos) play three games. Denver's preseason schedule will be announced later this spring. The Broncos are expected to host the Arizona Cardinals and face the San Francisco 49ers on the road during preseason.
