US' Carter's highlights sustainability, community impact in new report
Carter's, Inc. (NYSE: CRI), the leading company in North America focused exclusively on apparel for babies and young children, today announced the release of its fifth annual Raise the Future Impact Report, showcasing the Company's progress in 2024 against its corporate responsibility commitments. Guided by its Raise the Future platform, Carter's is focused on helping all families with young children grow and thrive—while minimizing its environmental footprint and making meaningful investments in people and communities. Carter's 2024 Raise the Future report highlights progress in sustainability and social impact. About 99 per cent of products meet OEKO-TEX standards, over 60 per cent of packaging uses recycled content, and $35 million has been invested in community support since 2021. The company relaunched its Kidcycle takeback programme and earned recognition on TIME's World's Most Sustainable Companies list.
