Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels to form LLP for new Jaipur hotel project with 51 percent stake

By News Desk Published on June 3, 2025, 07:23 IST Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited has announced that it has entered into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Agreement with Mr. Anand Goyal and Mrs. Nidhi Goyal (Goyal Group) for the formation of a new LLP in which the company will hold a 51 percent stake. The LLP will be formed to build, own, and operate a hotel on a 18,000 square metre plot located at Plot No. 03, Village Dhand, Amer, Jaipur-Delhi National Highway-8, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Once incorporated, the LLP will be classified as a related party of the company. The company expects the LLP to be incorporated by September 30, 2025. The project will be developed under the hospitality segment, which is the company's core line of business. The hotel is expected to strengthen the company's presence in Jaipur, a key tourism and business destination. The initial investment in the LLP will be Rs 5.1 lakh, with the capital contribution being partly in cash and partly through the transfer of the Demised Land to the LLP. 51 percent of the consideration payable for the land transfer will also meet the company's capital contribution obligations in the LLP. Approval from the Jaipur Development Authority will be required for the transfer of the land. The company said this move is in line with its strategy to expand its hotel portfolio in key markets.
