Couple sets up childhood game 'Palabunutan' in Batangas wedding reception

A couple decided to build a unique and enjoyable childhood game and treats for the entertainment of the guests at their wedding reception in Batangas, according to the "Pusuan na Yan" report of Sandra Aguinaldo on "State of the Nation" on Tuesday. The visitors were thrilled with the "Palabunutan" booth set up as they queued to pick a number that has a corresponding prize. The prizes were simple, including crunchy snacks, candies, and even cash gifts. Every one at the reception was guaranteed to bring home a prize. The couple decided on the unique set up to imbibe a nostalgic feel of trips to sari-sari stores and town fairs where the "Palabunutan" is commonly found. "Yung usual date namin often involves mga street foods, so it adds a personal touch sa celebration namin," said the bride, April Lyn Masosong-Cao.
