Egypt: Arab Developers incurs 20.2% YoY lower consolidated losses in Q1 2025

Arab Finance: Arab Developers Holding suffered net losses attributable to the parent company worth EGP 28.921 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025, an annual drop of 20.16% from EGP 36.225 million, as per the financial results. Loss per share reached EGP 0.004 in Q1 2025, marking a yearly rise from EGP 0.003. The consolidated revenues jumped to EGP 266.603 million as of March 31st, 2025, from EGP 216.459 million in Q1 2024. Regarding the standalone business, the company turned to net losses valued at EGP 5.058 million in the first three months of 2025, against net profits of EGP 114.235 million a year earlier. Arab Finance: Arab Developers Holding aims to invest EGP 3.25 billion during 2025, compared to 2024 investments of EGP 1.7 billion, as per a bourse disclosure issued on April 30th. These investments will be directed to continuing the construction works of the company's current projects. Arab Developers plans to deliver 3,000 units this year, targeting contractual sales amounting to EGP 7.6 billion, compared to EGP 4.6 billion in sales generated in 2024. Arab Finance: Arab Developers Holding registered 6.08% year-on-year (YoY) lower consolidated net profitsattributable to the parent company at EGP 92.474 million in 2024, as per the financial indicators. The generated net profits were compared with EGP 98.470 million at the end of December 2023. Revenues rose to EGP 1.643 billion last year from EGP 1.264 billion in 2023, while the earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 0.01 from EGP 0.08. Meanwhile, the standalone net profits plummeted to EGP 43.787 million in 2024 from EGP 87.322 million a year earlier.
