Entaj surges 30% on debut
Arabian Company for Agricultural & Industrial Investments (Entaj) went limit-up to SAR 65 in the first trading session on the Main Market (TASI) today, March 17 (SAR 15 above the listing price). Nearly 180,000 shares were traded through around 4,400 transactions, at a total value of SAR 12 million. Buy orders were placed on about 5.2 million shares at SAR 65 each. Entaj began trading on TASI today, with the symbol 2287 and ISIN Code: SA1690P13NH3, at SAR 50/share. The stock will trade in the first three days with daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively. From the fourth trading day onwards, the daily price fluctuation limits will revert to ±10%, while the static price fluctuation limits will no longer apply. The company earlier floated nine million shares, or 30% of its capital. As much as 90% of the shares on offer were allocated to participating parties, while the remaining 10% was allotted to retail investors. The retail offering coverage reached 30.2x, while the tranche of participating parties was 208.4x oversubscribed. A minimum of one share was allocated to each investor, while the remaining shares will be allocated on pro rata, with an average allocation factor of 1.5%.

Entaj to debut on TASI on March 17
Shares of Arabian Company for Agricultural & Industrial Investments (Entaj) will begin trading on the Main Market (TASI) on March 17 under the symbol 2287 and ISIN Code SA1690P13NH3. The stock will trade in the first three days with a daily price fluctuation limit of +/-30% and +/-10% static price fluctuation limits, Tadawul said in a statement. The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) deposited today, March 13, the subscribed shares of Entaj into shareholder accounts.

Entaj sets final price at SAR 50 for IPO on TASI
Arabian Company for Agricultural & Industrial Investments (Entaj) completed the book-building process for the initial public offering (IPO) on the Main Market (TASI), SNB Capital said in a statement to Tadawul. SNB Capital is the lead manager, financial advisor, bookrunner and underwriter on the IPO. The final IPO price was set at SAR 50 per share, and the order book was 208.4x oversubscribed, it added. Argaam reported. The retail offering will start on Feb. 26 and run until Feb. 27. A total of 900,000 shares, or 10% of the offered shares, was allocated for the retail investors.
