In a post on X, Intel announced that it will be revealing new Arc Pro and AI GPUs at Computex; most importantly, it's just hinted at a new Battlemage GPU, with 'stay tuned' replies to users who flooded the replies with requests for the GPU purported as the 'Arc B770' for gamers. Multiple rumors have been widespread regarding Team Blue potentially releasing a higher-end GPU as an upgrade from its previous GPUs (reported by VideoCardz), after its Arc B570 and Arc B580 GPUs launched late last year. One in particular seemingly revealed Intel's plans for a new Arc B580 with 24GB of VRAM, which is a significant upgrade from the current model's 12GB. It's also expected to come alongside other 24GB Pro GPUs for workstations. Thanks to Intel's new teasers, these rumors now have more credibility, although it's not exactly clear if it will be unveiling both a new Arc B580 24GB GPU and an entirely new Arc B770, or just the latter alone. However, one clear thing is that gamers will be getting a new Battlemage GPU, and one that is more powerful than any of Team Blue's previous offerings – and a Computex 2025 reveal looks imminent. It's no secret that despite the successes and impressive gaming performance from both the Intel Arc B580 and Arc B570, Team Blue still has some catching up to do with Nvidia and AMD. Fortunately, this rumored GPU sounds like it might be the start of that. Both of its recent Battlemage GPUs aren't high-tier GPUs, but still manage to provide great performance results at 1080p and 1440p resolutions as budget options – but now, it sounds like Intel is making an effort in providing GPUs that are closer to middle or high tier (or at the very least more powerful GPUs than what is available). While nothing is guaranteed, I'm hoping this is indeed the case because affordable GPUs need a greater focus for budget gamers; AMD's Radeon RX 9070 and 9060 series are a prime example of this (despite the inflation issues of partner cards). I'm still keeping my expectations low, as I'm anticipating that there won't be any 'high-end' GPUs like the rumored Arc B580 24GB might suggest; at least, I don't see any of Intel's new GPUs matching or competing against the likes of an RTX 5070 Ti. However, the rumors indicate that Intel is potentially cooking something that will make gamers take it more seriously when it comes to the GPU market – and I'm hoping it's a major surprise. Maxsun registers several Intel Arc B580 24GB models with the EEC

Just days before Computex, the parent company of Maxsun has registered new Intel Arc B580 models with 24GB of VRAM with the EEC, via Olrak at X, further stoking existing rumors of a high-VRAM Battlemage card. Remember that EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) submissions aren't definitive confirmations of any product. Manufacturers often register placeholder configurations to cover all future possibilities, many of which never end up seeing the light of day. Therefore, you should treat this leak with a healthy dose of skepticism. Intel launched its Arc B580 and Arc B570 GPUs in December and January, respectively, bringing its Battlemage architecture to the desktop market just months after Lunar Lake debuted on mobile. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say these GPUs initially caused a stir in the market, offering an ample 12GB framebuffer, a capacity unheard of in the $250 GPU market. The cheapest B580s on Newegg and Best Buy are now in the $300 territory, which is a shame. That's a trend most new GPUs are facing, including AMD's RX 9000 GPUs and Nvidia's RTX 50 series. We've been hearing rumors of a 24GB Battlemage Professional GPU since December. Recently, Sparkle accidentally alluded to the existence of an Arc B580 24GB, later retracting their comments, likely due to NDA concerns. Maxsun's parent company has registered several GPUs with the EEC, including the MAXSUN Intel Arc B580 iCraft 24G and its OC variant, matching the exact configuration Sparkle mentioned. Officially speaking, Intel has so far only confirmed more professional GPUs (likely based on Battlemage) for Computex. There's a significant overlap here as sources are divided on whether the BMG-G21 variant with 24GB of memory is intended for workstations, likely the Arc Pro B60, or consumers, likely the Arc B580 24 GB. Assuming this 24GB model joins Intel's consumer-grade B580 lineup, it stands to reason Intel probably has something more powerful in the pipeline for its workstation offerings. Intel's BMG-G21 die allows for 20 Xe cores (2,560) shaders, which is designed as a competitor to Nvidia's RTX 4060 (AD107). Pricing differences aside, despite more VRAM, it would still be eclipsed in raw compute by even the entry-level RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell, which has Nvidia's GB203 chip under the hood. Export data from NBD purports the existence of a larger BMG-G31 die. Most of these shipments are Vietnam-bound, which hosts several OSAT companies that have a history of packaging and assembling Intel products. So, will Intel bring any BMG-G31 GPUs to the table? Intel teases a new gaming GPU, and it's one many thought was canceled
Intel's best graphics card right now is the Arc B580, a midrange card that rivals Nvidia's RTX 4060. However, it's long been rumored that Intel might have more up its sleeve, and fans are waiting for it. Could an Arc B770 be in the works? We just got our first solid sign of it being real, and it might be closer than we thought. What a turn of events, given that we thought it might never see light of day! Intel's Battlemage lineup is quite modest so far, with only two GPUs out and (sort of) available: The B580 and the B570. However, in the previous generation of GPUs, Intel's flagship was the Arc A770, so it's really no wonder that gamers are asking for an update as to whether we can expect one to appear in this generation. Recommended Videos Despite the expectation, Intel has only announced an Arc Pro GPU, soon to be revealed at Computex. As the name suggests, this graphics card — whatever it might turn out to be — won't be a gaming product. VideoCardz says that we're looking at an Arc Pro A60 with 24GB of VRAM. However, Intel has more up its sleeve. Gamers flooded the comment section of the Arc Pro announcement, inquiring after a B770 GPU. Instead of ignoring these comments (which is what I would've expected), Intel replied along the lines of: 'Stay tuned.' In the last few days, we've heard of an Arc B580 with 24GB of VRAM, but also a dual-GPU version of that card that would sport a whopping 48GB of video memory. While I could see the 24GB version being aimed at gamers, it's hard to imagine that the 48GB version would be. Now, the question is: Are those Arc B580 leaks really all just about the Arc B770 and the Arc Pro, or are there even more GPUs coming up soon? It's possible that all three of those things are true. Intel very well might announce a B770 during Computex, as rumor has it that the BMG-G21 GPU that powers the B580 is not the top chip in the lineup — Intel reportedly also has the BMG-G31, a flagship GPU that'd fit nicely in a potential B770. Many said it was canceled, but Intel's never officially said anything about it. The high-memory Arc B580 designs are said to be made by one of Intel's partners, so that could still happen. And, of course, the Arc Pro GPU is all but confirmed. It sounds like this year's Computex will be an interesting one for Intel. Stay tuned — we'll keep you posted.

Intel Arc B580 might be the new Nvidia Titan, with dual GPUs and 48GB VRAM
Just yesterday, we reported that one of Intel's partners might be working on an Arc B580 GPU with 24GB of VRAM, doubling the base memory on the card. Now, it seems that an even more impressive GPU might be in the works, set to rival some of the best graphics cards. According to new leaks, we might soon see a dual-GPU Arc B580 with a whopping 48GB of VRAM. It's been a while since we've seen a dual-GPU anything, much less from Intel. The company's graphics division always targets the mainstream market, with a focus on bringing forth affordable solutions for everyone. Even workstation-oriented Arc GPUs don't aim that high. Still, VideoCardz cites its own sources as it claims that one of Intel's partners is indeed working on such a beastly graphics cards. Recommended Videos Of course, 'beastly' can be considered an overstatement here, as the Arc B580 (based on the BMG-G21 chip) only offers up to 20 Xe cores and 2,560 shader units; it's something akin to an Nvidia RTX 4060. But still, double that up and we're getting 40 Xe cores and 5,120 shader units. The most impressive part here would be the memory capacity. VideoCardz' leak inadvertently serves to confirm the previous report that the Arc B580 might make an appearance in a 24GB version, seeing as the expected VRAM capacity for this new behemoth of a GPU is 48GB. Twice the GPU, twice the VRAM. This brings me back to the days of Nvidia's GTX Titan Z. It's worth noting that this graphics card, if it's indeed real, will not be an Intel reference design. It's said to be exclusive to one of its partners. When asked about the GPU, the partner said that it cannot be discussed due to an NDA, which makes me think something might be up — but it's really too early to say. If the dual-GPU Arc B580 comes into being, it won't be a gaming GPU. I could see it being used for AI workflows where 48GB of VRAM could be huge; fortunately, we don't need that much video memory for gaming just yet. It's hard to even guess how much it'd cost or when it could be available, but it's possible that we might see it announced at Computex. Unfortunately, the 24GB version of the B580 is now said to only be available a few months later.
