Who Steelers play in Ireland? Re-visiting the latest leaks ahead of NFL Schedule Release

The Black and Gold faithful are just days away from learning who the Steelers will face in Ireland as part of the 2025 NFL International Games. Until the international games are announced on Tuesday, May 13, courtesy of NFL Network's Good Morning Football, Steelers fans will have to settle for rumors and leaks — with all signs pointing toward the Minnesota Vikings as the most likely opponent. Advertisement Previously, Andrew Fillipponi of 93.7 The Fan reported that his sources leaked the Steelers will host the Vikings in Week 4 — and another reliable rumor source just surfaced to support this. According to sports writer and analyst Arif Hasan, the Vikings will face AFC North teams in both Weeks 4 and 5 internationally — the Steelers in Ireland and the Browns in London, respectively. The Vikings' perfect 4-0 international record will hopefully be broken by the Steelers, who are still seeking their first international victory in franchise history. Packers Fans Infuriated By Latest Vikings Report

It is the time of year when the NFL calendar slows down, with little news making waves. However, there are just four days left until the anticipated release of the 2025 regular season schedule. The first waves of games will be announced on Monday (12), continuing through Tuesday and Wednesday, with the full schedule unveiled on Thursday. Leaks are almost inevitable, and some are usually accurate, often appearing on social media before the official release. Advertisement One of the leaks that is not very pleasant for Green Bay Packers fans involves the Minnesota Vikings. Green Bay Packers fans Hunter Evans (left) of Hartland, WI, and Rodney Wigman of Sussex, WI, cheer with a 'Go Pack Go' chant on the first day of the 2025 NFL Draft.© Dan Powers/USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images WideLeft's Arif Hasan has heard that the Vikings will play internationally in back-to-back weeks: Week 4 against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin at Croke Park, and Week 5 against the Cleveland Browns in London at Tottenham. The Steelers and Browns will host the Vikings this season but will do so overseas, giving up their home games in the U.S. That is not sitting well with Packers fans, who see it as a break for Minnesota—two road games with neutral crowds is a definite advantage. Freddie Boston of Lombardi Ave argued this week that the NFL is handing the Vikings a clear advantage. Advertisement Vikings catch a scheduling break, and it's a slap in the face to the Packers," Boston wrote. "The Packers were heavily rumored to play in the Dublin game against the Steelers. While Matt LaFleur isn't a fan of the long-distance overseas games, there is a significant benefit.' Playing two road games without facing a true opposing crowd is clearly an advantage for Minnesota. Still, if the Packers take care of business on the field, the Vikings' schedule will not matter in their pursuit of the NFC North title and a deeper Super Bowl run. There have not been any leaks yet regarding Green Bay's schedule. However, the Packers have not started a season at Lambeau Field since 2018. It is long overdue for Matt LaFleur to finally open Week 1 at the most iconic venue in NFL history. Where Chargers' draft picks ranked on 2025 consensus big board

Where Chargers' draft picks ranked on 2025 consensus big board Analysts and fans are justifying the team's picks based on value throughout the draft. Did they get a steal? Was it about right? Did they reach? So we will look at the Chargers' selections and how they stacked up with Arif Hasan's 2025 NFL draft Consensus Big Board. RB Omarion Hampton Draft pick: 22 Big board ranking: 27 Hampton had been mocked as early as the middle of the first round, so I felt like the Chargers got just about the right value. The chances of him falling out of Round 1 were very slim. WR Tre Harris Draft pick: 55 Big board ranking: 60 Harris was among a few wide receivers who were tabbed as second-rounders. He would've been long gone if they waited until the third round. The draft pick and big board ranking are nearly identical, so this was good value. DT Jamaree Caldwell Draft pick: 86 Big board ranking: 114 From when the Chargers drafted Caldwell to where he was on the big board, this would've been seen as a reach. But there weren't many nose tackles left when they're were picking, and I see Caldwell as very underrated. EDGE Kyle Kennard Draft pick: 125 Big board ranking: 93 Kennard, the 2024 Defensive Player of the Year, was viewed as a top-100 player, so this was excellent value for the Chargers. WR KeAndre Lambert-Smith Draft pick: 158 Big board ranking: 206 Lambert-Smith was out of the top 200, so this pick was seen as a slight reach. But hey, the Chargers got a wide receiver with speed. TE Oronde Gadsden II Draft pick: 165 Big board ranking: 167 The Chargers traded up to get Gadsden with pick No. 165. This nearly lines up perfectly with the big board ranking.. OT Branson Taylor Draft pick: 199 Big board ranking: N/A Taylor was not among the consensus top 300 players. S R.J. Mickens Draft pick: 214 Big board ranking: 183 The Chargers got good value with this sixth-round pick. Mickens was the top safety still on the board when they selected him. S Trikweze Bridges Draft pick: 256 Big board ranking: N/A Bridges was not among the consensus top 300 players.

Which Indianapolis Colts draft picks were the best 'value'?

Which Indianapolis Colts draft picks were the best 'value'? How did the Indianapolis Colts do value-wise in the 2025 NFL draft compared to the consensus big board? How did the Indianapolis Colts do value-wise in the 2025 NFL draft compared to the consensus big board? Getting value out of each draft pick is an important part of the draft process as the days unfold. And trying to capture that element can dictate how a team moves about the draft board and who they select. However, determining "value" in the NFL draft--at least from the outside--is a nearly impossible task. For one, an NFL team's big board probably looks nothing like the ones we see on the outside. Also, when it comes to judging value, that can be team-specific when discussing a prospect, based on the traits that player possesses or how the team plans to utilize them. But with that said, in our best effort to glean how much value the Colts were able to derive from this year's draft, we turn to Arif Hasan of Wide Left Football for help. Each year, Hasan creates a consensus big board that ranks the top 300 players in the class and utilizes 101 different big boards from top draft analysts. As Hasan says, "the consensus of these experts does a better predictive job than individual experts." So with all that in mind, here is each Colts draft pick, where they were taken, where they were ranked on the consensus big board, and the difference to determine the "value." Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State Consensus rank: 7 Pick number: 14 Difference: +7 'He's highly intelligent," said area scout Chad Henry via the Indy Star. "To use him the way that they used him, in all the different spots, you could see the former quarterback in him. When he came into our room at the Combine, he sounded like a coach. JT Tuimoloau, EDGE, Ohio State Consensus rank: 53 Pick number: 45 Difference: -8 'Tough, durable kid. Big dude, plays hard, I think about him playing his best ball down the stretch in their biggest games. … I think those guys knew what was at stake, I think they knew what they were capable of doing, going on a championship run and everybody just kind of turned it up a notch," area scout Mike Lacy said via the Indy Star. Justin Walley, CB, Minnesota Consensus rank: 194 Pick number: 80 Difference: -114 "I don't care where everybody thinks they're going to go – I don't," Chris Ballard said. "We grade them and we take them. We think he's got a chance to be a really good starting corner in this league." Jalen Travis, OT, Iowa State Consensus rank: 162 Pick number: 127 Difference: -32 DJ Giddens, RB, Kansas State Consensus rank: 111 Pick number: 151 Difference: +40 Riley Leonard, QB, Notre Dame Consensus rank: 179 Pick number: 189 Difference: +10 'He played his best ball down the stretch as well, but I think seeing him one last time, at his Pro Day, watching him in-person, kind of polished-up mechanically, seeing him live, seeing his arm strength, what he has to offer physically, I think that definitely kind of put the stamp on him as a player," area scout Mike Lacy said via the Indy Star. Tim Smith, DT, Alabama Consensus rank: 251 Pick number: 190 Difference: -61 Hunter Wohler, LB, Wisconsin Consensus rank: 202 Pick number: 232 Difference: +30 'With Hunter, the versatility was the key thing, especially later in the draft," said area scout Tyler Hughes. "He's played a lot of down linebacker, he's played strong safety, he's played free safety, he was the punt returner this year, which shows that he's a reliable dude and coaches trust him. Super smart. He's going to be a great special teams player for us."
