First-ever Buc-ee's in Arizona now has an official opening date. Here's when it will open
Arizona's first-ever Buc-ee's location is being built and an official opening date has been shared with The Arizona Republic.
Originally, the travel center was expected to open in the Grand Canyon State by late 2025, but that timing has since changed. It will now open in 2026.
Buc-ee's is known for its beaver mascot, Texas-style barbecue offerings and clean restrooms. The locations are also massive, with the one in Arizona expected to be 23% larger than a football field.
The opening of Buc-ee's will also bring more than 200 full-time jobs to Goodyear, which will pay above minimum wage and offer benefits.

A Buc-ee's location is opening in Arizona for the first time. Construction is currently underway.
The Arizona Buc-ee's will open in Goodyear. The city's official Instagram and X social media pages confirmed on March 13, 2024.
It will be on the southeast corner of Bullard Avenue and Interstate 10.
A representative for Buc-ee's shared with The Arizona Republic that the Goodyear location will be open in June 2026.
Buc-ee's is known for its food, shopping and spacious clean bathrooms. They also have many branded apparel, cookware, toys and holiday decorations.
The new Goodyear Buc-ee's will be 23% larger than a football field and bring 200 full-time jobs to the area according to the City of Goodyear website.
It will also be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The gas station will have a 74,000-square-foot convenience store, which is larger than a football field. It will also have 120 fueling stations, although semi-trucks are not allowed to fill up at Buc-ee's.
The Goodyear Buc-ee's will also have homemade barbecue, fudge and its famous "wall of beef jerky."
