Arkansas State Police arrest Benton man for child sexual abuse material
BENTON, Ark. – Officials said a cyber tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to a Benton man being arrested and facing felony charges. Officials said members of the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested 22-year-old Christopher Shane Sade Jr. of Benton on June 3. Sade is facing five felony counts related to child sexual abuse material. Hardy Police Chief Scott Rose arrested on allegations of child sexual abuse after multi-agency investigation The investigation into Sade began in May, officials said, after receiving the cyber tip. The investigation culminated in investigators executing a search warrant at Sade's home, located on the 1400 block of Country Oaks Drive in Benton, on June 3. Investigators did not give specifics on what was found during the search. Former Arkansas pastor sentenced to 110 years for child pornography possession
VIDEO: Arkansas pastor arrested for child pornography possession in 2024 PIKE COUNTY, Ark. – A pastor from Delight, Arkansas, was sentenced on Monday to 11 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material. According to the Pike County Sheriff's Office, 43-year-old James Vincent Henry received 10 years per count, to run consecutively, totaling up to a 110-year sentence. Arkansas pastor arrested, facing 100 counts of child pornography possession According to investigators, special agents with the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force received two separate cyber tips from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in September of 2024. Authorities said special agents were able to review digital evidence that was collected from a search warrant, and from messages on social media apps Snapchat and Kik. Henry was then arrested by authorities in October of 2024. Pike County deputies then arrested Henry on 100 counts of possession, viewing and distribution of child pornography.
