India's Strengths To Pakistan's Weaknesses: How PM Modi Spread Stern Message Of Sindoor In Bhuj
Last Updated:
"Pakistan's children, listen to govt is putting your life in danger," said PM Narendra Modi in Bhuj, addressing Pakistan's citizens perhaps for the first time
'Sukh chain ki zindagi chahiye, roti khao, nahin to meri goli toh hai hi' – Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke directly to Pakistan's citizens on Monday, telling them to choose between backing their government and army which supports terrorists, or face India's wrath.
This was perhaps the first time that Modi directed his words at Pakistan's citizens in his speech in Bhuj, asking them what they had gained from their government's policies.
QUESTIONS FOR PAKISTANI CITIZENS
'India has become the fourth largest economy of the world, and what is your condition? Who has destroyed the future of your children? Your Army has its own agenda…it is supporting terrorism. Pakistan's children, listen to me," Modi said.

He said terrorism was a way for the Pakistani government to earn money. 'Pakistan's people will have to decide if this route is good for them or their welfare? Will you get a better life from this? I want to tell Pakistani people that your life is being put in danger by your government and it is spoiling your future. Pakistan's people have to come forward for their benefit," PM Modi said in a rare piece of advice for the Pakistanis.
HOW PAHALGAM WAS AVENGED
Modi is taking his message on Operation Sindoo r across the country with visits to Rajasthan and Gujarat in the past four days – and from May 28 to May 31, he will be in West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh. The effort is to tell people of the country how Modi and the armed forces have fulfilled his vow to avenge the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack. His speeches are rousing and inspiring for the people.
Modi said Pakistan considers tourism as terrorism and whoever will spill the blood of Indians will be answered in their language. 'Whoever raises their eyes on India will not be spared. Operation Sindoor is to protect humanity and a mission to end terrorism. After April 22, I had said in Bihar rally that terror headquarters will be demolished. We waited for 15 days that Pakistan will take some step against terror, but they did nothing. So, I gave full freedom to our forces," the Prime Minister said.
TERROR REMAINS THE TARGET

Speaking from Bhuj near the India-Pakistan border, Modi said India's targets were terrorist headquarters in Pakistan and the strikes 100 km deep inside Pakistan showed the capability and discipline of India's armed forces. 'We showed to the world that terror headquarters in Pakistan can be demolished from inside India itself. Pakistan was rattled by our strikes. On May 9 night, drones were sent along the in Kutch border. They thought Modi is from Gujarat so send drones here. We shot all of them down. Then we attacked their military with double strength," the PM said.
Modi said Pakistan was left shaking in fear after India destroyed their airbases and military installations – 'Even the world was left surprised," Modi said. He said Pakistan was attacked by India so strongly that their airbases are still in the ICU.
'It is then that Pakistan asked for mercy – they knew now they cannot be saved under ferocious attack by India. Pakistan started waving the white flag. We had always said we only attacked terror bases and you should have remained quiet. Our fight is with cross-border terrorism and those who shelter and fuel it," the Prime Minister said.

Modi also said the Pahalgam terrorists had no idea of the consequences of their actions, recalling the brutality of killing a father in front of his children. He stated that such images still ignite anger across the nation, as 140 crore Indians were challenged by terrorism.
'I fulfilled my responsibility as the nation's leader, giving full freedom to India's armed forces, who then executed an operation unseen in decades. Nine major terror hubs across the border were identified and destroyed in 22 minutes…Pakistan's military attempted retaliation but was decisively defeated by Indian forces," the Prime Minister said.
