BATON ROUGE, La. The project hailed by former Gov. John Bel Edwards as a landmark clean energy initiative was announced in October 2021 as a $4.5 billion industrial facility called the Louisiana Clean Energy Complex. According to Air Products, 170 permanent jobs are expected to be created.
