Sheriff's office investigating after 4 shot at Canton bar
CANTON, Ohio (WJW) — Four people were shot early Sunday morning at a bar in Canton, the Stark County Sheriff's Office said. DeWine provides protection for Ohio lawmakers following shooting in Minnesota According to a news release, the sheriff's office received a 911 call about shots fired at Ashton's Bar & Grill at 2900 8th Street NE just before 3 a.m. Deputies at the scene found four people who had been shot. All four victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries. 'Witnesses did not provide information about the shooter(s), so detectives are working to gather more details,' the news release said. Four people were injured after being shot inside a Stark County bar
CANTON TWP. ‒ The Stark County Sheriff's Office is investigating an overnight shooting at a township bar that left four people injured. A 911 call about 2:57 a.m. reported shots fired at Ashton's Bar & Grill, 2900 Eighth St. NE. Deputies arrived to find that four people had been shot, and that none of the injuries was life-threatening. A news release from the Sheriff's Office says no one on scene provided information about the shooter, so detectives are investigating. The Stark County Sheriff's Office asks anyone with information to come forward, by calling the Sheriff's Office at 330-430-3800; or via the Anonymous Crime Tip Line at 330-451-3937.
