#SHOWBIZ: Japan honours Shila Amzah for her musical achievements
KUALA LUMPUR: Singer Shila Amzah has earned numerous recognitions throughout her musical career.
These recognitions were recently exhibited at an international expo in Osaka, Japan.
Various photographs and information about Shila or Nurshahila Amir Amzah, 34, were shared by fans who attended the World Expo Osaka 2025 on Yumeshima Island.
Her career milestones highlighted in the exhibition included her winning the first season of Asian Waze 2012, finishing third in I Am A Singer 2014, and representing Malaysia in the World Music Awards 2014 where she won Best Female Singer, Best Entertainer and Best Video.
The expo, which is held every five years, runs for six months, from April 13 to Oct 13.
Many netizens praised Shila for doing the country proud on the international music stage.
