The star-studded series Fat El Maad premieres on the DMC TV channel & WATCH IT
A brand-new drama season is about to launch on the United Media Services channels, starting with Fat El Maad — a gripping new series featuring a diverse cast of rising and veteran stars. The show will premiere on the DMC TV channel and stream digitally on WATCH IT.
Written by Atef Nashed, Islam Adham, and Nasser Abdel Hamid, with Mohamed Farid supervising the script, and directed by Saad Hendawy, the series stars Ahmed Magdy, Asmaa Abulyazeid, Ahmed Safwat, Mohamed Ali Rizk, Walaa El Sherif, Fadwa Abed, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Mahmoud El Bezawy, Hagar Afifi, and Mohamed Abou Daoud, among other talented young actors.
'Sometimes reality is harsher than drama.'
Told over 30 intense episodes, the series follows Basma (Asmaa Abulyazeid), who lives a peaceful life with her husband Mossad (Ahmed Magdy) as they await their first child. But everything shatters when he violently assaults her and steals her money. A fierce war breaks out between them, dragging everyone around into a storm of conflict and betrayal.
