Stabbing at Mass. hotel leaves 2 men hurt, 1 woman arrested after police pursuit

A woman faces charges in connection with a stabbing at an Auburn hotel that left two men hurt, followed by a police pursuit reaching Bellingham, Auburn police said Thursday. On Tuesday, Auburn police learned of a stabbing inside a Comfort Inn at 486 Southbridge St., police said in a statement. The caller told dispatchers that a woman had left the area in a car. Officers found two men with minor injuries, the statement read. The two men were treated by Auburn firefighters. When detectives spoke with the two men, they were 'uncooperative and refused to provide information about the incident,' police said. 'Blood and other evidence indicated that a violent incident had occurred in the room,' police continued. Meanwhile, Auburn police found the woman after a stop on Southbridge Street, near the on-ramp to Interstate 90, police said. She spoke with officers before she drove off, prompting Auburn police and Massachusetts State Police to follow and try to stop her. She continued driving at or near the speed limit before heading south on Route 495, police said. The pursuit ended in Bellingham, where police arrested her. Police have not released the woman's name or the potential charges she faces. Three vehicles stolen from an Auburn parking lot leads to an investigation

In the early hours of Monday, February 17, three vehicles were stolen from a parking lot in Auburn. The three vehicles stolen were a 2025 GMC Yukon, white, 2025 Chevy Suburban, gray, and a 2025 GMC Sierra, white. Detectives of the Auburn Police Department are currently reviewing video evidence to determine who may have stolen the vehicles and believe that someone may know the locations of the vehicles. 'We know our followers want more information about the case, so we'll say that the villain did have a key to each vehicle and at least two people were involved.' The department wrote on Facebook.
