Candace Cameron Bure Shares Dave Coulier Is Cancer-Free

Actress took to social media to confirm that her Full House and Fuller House co-star is now free of cancer. In November 2024, he announced that he had Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma and was undergoing treatment. So, here's everything to know about how Cameron Bure broke the happy news about Coulier's health to their fans online. The Aurora Teagarden Mysteries star shared a group of images featuring her and Dave Coulier on Instagram on Monday. In the caption, Candace Cameron Bure wrote, 'DAVE IS CANCER FREE!!!! Join me in celebrating this AMAZING news — let's shower him with all the love in the world!' Here are the pictures shared by the actress: As mentioned above, Coulier and Cameron Bure were co-stars on the ABC sitcom Full House, which originally aired between 1987 and 1995. The former played Joey Gladstone, whereas the actress was cast as D.J. Tanner. Additionally, they were among the returning stars for the Netflix spin-off Fuller House, which streamed from 2016 to 2020. Earlier in the day, Parade also published an interview with Dave Coulier, in which the actor revealed that his recent biopsy results were promising. 'Melissa [Coulier's wife] and I waited for a week to get the biopsy results back, and there is no sign of cancer,' he stated. 'One of the few times in my life when 'zero' has been a great number to hear.' The Robot Chicken voice actor had his original diagnosis after developing symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. He started chemotherapy immediately and underwent several rounds of it. When a PET scan showed positive results about halfway into his treatment schedule, Coulier started to hope. 'They carpet-bombed me for three more treatments after that, and they're not expecting to see anything [further],' he explained. In the same interview, Coulier reflected on how his generally positive outlook on life helped him navigate his struggle with cancer. 'I don't know how else to view this other than with a positive attitude,' he observed. 'And especially because I'm in a position where I can inspire others. A negative attitude doesn't inspire anybody. Positivity, though, can take you a long way.'
