Man due in court for sending sexual messages ‘via Snapchat' to a juvenile
MORETOWN, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) – A man is due in court later this month after he allegedly sent 'messages of a sexual nature' to a juvenile.
Police first received a report April 8 about an unnamed juvenile that had gotten 'inappropriate messages'. Investigators say that Austin Hoyt, age 28, of Waterbury had sent the individual multiple messages through Snapchat.
Hoyt is set to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Washington County Criminal Division May 29.
