Ayamna
Ayamna, meaning 'the good old days,' is a Lebanese favourite, showcasing some of its traditional dishes.
Enjoy sharing a variety of mezze and chargrilled meats, or for something different, opt for the iconic shrimps kunafa, aromatic lamb shank, chargrilled seafood platters, and decadent Lebanese desserts, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Bread Street Kitchen

The family-friendly gastropub has been an Atlantis favourite for almost a decade, offering some British classics.
Serving up everything from a Sunday roast dinner to fish and chips, the celebrity chef's restaurant even offers up a beef Wellington every Wednesday, where you can get your cut of the iconic dish.
Looking for something more casual? Order an idiot pizza instead (yes, it really is called that).

En Fuego

This fiery restaurant at Atlantis The Palm is a place for party people – it's fun, it's lively and there are plenty of events and ways to get a deal. From ladies' nights to brunches, this Mexican spot lays on loads of entertainment too, from fire dancers to singers and more.
A menu of tasty Mexican favourites includes guacamole, enchiladas, tacos and fajitas, keeping everyone happy. For a fun-loving, lively night out, En Fuego is a top shout.

Named Time Out Dubai's Restaurant of the Year for 2025, FZN stands out not only for its incredible food and service but also for its immersive atmosphere and unique dining experience. A true elevation of what fine dining can be in Dubai, this restaurant sets a new benchmark for the city's culinary scene.
Highlights include dishes like duck barbecue with yuzu, Kampot pepper, and foie gras, and turbot with Cecina de wagyu.
The restaurant's extensive grape cellar, with 1,300 labels, offers curated pairings for every course. At Dhs2,000 per person, it's one of Dubai's priciest tasting menus — but undeniably one of the best.

Hakkasan

This globally famed name is renowned for its high-end Chinese food. Here in Dubai, Hakkasan is found at Atlantis The Palm and has a cool setup with moody lighting and classy interiors.
Dive into a selection of premium dim sum – all in different colours and shapes and stuffed with everything from veg to lobster or wagyu beef. Stir-fries are also worth trying, especially the black pepper rib-eye. The vibe is elegant and it's a well-known spot for a fancy Chinese meal.

Kaleidoscope
The international buffet offers dining options for both breakfast and dinner, so if you fancy loading up your plate with all your favourites then this is the place to do it.
From Turkish evenings to Indian street food, you can even look out over the lush greenery surrounding the hotel while you dine.

Nobu

One of Dubai's best Japanese restaurants that needs no introduction, Nobu is the A-listers' hangout of choice. Its stunning rooftop location on the 22nd floor of Atlantis The Palm, comes with a lounge and bar and an expansive terrace offering incredible views over the Palm Island and Arabian Gulf.
As to be expected, the sushi is up there with the best you'll find in Dubai, but it doesn't come cheap.

Ossiano

One of the most impressive restaurants in town – and one the best degustation menus in Dubai – Ossiano is a special occasion dining experience that has to be tried at least once. With a super menu from lauded chef Grégoire Berger using the finest ingredients from around the world, be prepared to be wowed.
The setting itself is incredible – with floor-to-ceiling windows revealing Atlantis The Palm's famed aquarium, so you'll be able to see fish, sharks, stingrays and other fascinating sea creatures glide past as you enjoy your tasting menu. The 10-course menu changes and diners will currently experience its third iteration, with dishes inspired by Berger's global travels.

Saffron

The buffet restaurant offers up over 20 live cooking stations, so expect to find something for everyone.
Open to hotel guests and the public, you can book in for a luxe buffet brekkie, or check out the dinner menu every night of the week, which boasts everything from seafood nights to Indian feasts.
Perhaps its most famous offering, the Saffron brunch is known to be a hotspot on a Saturday, where you can enjoy the live performances, impressive food selection and free-flowing drinks (it's quite the party).

Seafire Steakhouse & Bar

This massive steakhouse at Dubai's Atlantis The Palm is a popular spot with families staying in the hotel, as well as couples looking for a carnivorous date night.
It's a proper old-school US-style steakhouse, with banquettes, classic sides and starters plus, of course, excellent cuts of meat. The mac and cheese is a top shout to pair with your butter-soft tenderloin, plus you'll enjoy getting to choose which knife you'll slice through your steak with.

Street Pizza
Another concept by Gordon Ramsay, the concept here is simple — it's all about bottomless pizza.
Start with a portion of the dirty fries loaded with chicken and melted cheese, before digging into the slices. Toppings come in all shapes and sizes, from marinated prawns to sweetcorn puree, burrata and spicy pepperoni.

If you're dining with a child who likes to test their lung capacity when you're three bites into your onion rings then you'll fit right in at Wavehouse, the Palm Jumeirah's rowdy entertainment hub that always promises one heck of a good time.
You don't even need a teenager in tow to enjoy its colour four-lane bowling alley, arcade, soft play area and wave rider machine – this is a venue that was designed with big kids in mind.

WHITE Beach
The hotel's dreamy beach club offers a selection of Mediterranean dishes on the shores of Palm Jumeirah.
You can book in for a beach day or simply to dine for lunch or dinner, filled with fresh plates from caramelised Scottish salmon to seafood linguine and a wagyu beef flatbread.
As well as two ladies' days, there's a beach brunch every Saturday with free-flowing drinks and a guaranteed good time.

Casual dining spots
Asia Republic
There are tonnes of flavours inside this menu, which offers everything from dim sum to curries, stir-fry and steaming hot bowls of soup.
Located in The Avenues, you can grab a laid-back bite while watching the chefs get to work in the impressive open kitchen.

Shawafel
Tucked into The Avenues inside the hotel, you can pick up a cheeky shawarma and a cheese fries (or two) at the chilled-out restaurant.
Perfect as a post-waterpark snack, choose between chicken or lamb, or if you're a veggie, opt for a crispy falafel instead.

TBJ
The burger joint serves up a selection of patties alongside a laid-back retro vibe. Refuel with a double stack and fries and be sure not to miss digging into a chocolate sundae for dessert.
