Dubai real estate: Azizi Vista in Dubai Studio City reaches 86% completion
Azizi Developments has confirmed that construction of its Azizi Vista project in Dubai Studio City has reached 86 percent completion, with delivery scheduled for Q3 2025.
The residential development, which will offer studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, continues to progress on schedule with overall finishes at 85 percent.
Construction teams have completed structural work, blockwork, and internal plaster, while tiling has reached 96 percent. HVAC and MEP installations stand at 95 percent and 87 percent respectively.

External works are 47 percent complete, with the swimming pool at 79 percent, elevators at 90 percent, and façade work at 89 percent. Currently, 397 personnel are working on-site to maintain construction momentum.

Dubai Studio City, located outside the main city centre but with convenient access to key destinations, has established itself as a growing business hub for film and television production and attracts creative professionals.
The development is positioned in proximity to Sports City and Motor City, with good connections to the Expo site via Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
Residents will have access to nearby schools, colleges, medical facilities, and leisure attractions including Dubai Autodrome, the Els Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, Dubai International Stadium, Football Academy Dubai, Sports Park, ICC Academy, Miracle Garden, and IMG Parks & Resorts.
