Angel Reese is currently working through her second season in the WNBA, playing under head coach Tyler Marsh with the Chicago Sky.

Reese entered the season as one of the best forwards in the league, having already established herself as a star.
Last season with the Chicago Sky, Reese was named a WNBA All-Star. She was just the second rookie to receive the honor, next to Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.
Now, in her second season, Reese is thriving on the court and she recently received praise for her renowned success.
Angel Reese was named the BET Sportswoman of the Year. After winning the award, the Chicago Sky posted a photo of Reese, showing support to the WNBA star.
"YOUR BET SPORTSWOMAN OF THE YEAR," posted the official social media account of the Chicago Sky.

Reese then reacted to the announcement, taking to social media to share the Sky's new post and send a message to fans online.
"3X IN A ROW," Reese said. "I LOVE being a black woman in sports."

As Angel Reese mentioned, she's now won the BET Sportswoman of the Year three years in a row. Her first win for the prestigious award came in her senior season with the LSU Tigers while playing college basketball.
This year, Reese won the award over several sports stars such as Dawn Staley, A'ja Wilson, Flau'jae Johnson, JuJu Watkins, Coco Gauff, Claressa Shields, Sha'Carri Richardson and Simone Biles.

During her second season with the Chicago Sky, Angel Reese posts 9.1 points, 12.3 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.

Reese helped lead the Sky to the No. 5 seed in the Eastern Conference and the No. 11 seed in the WNBA standings.
