Pregnant woman in Belagavi diagnosed with Covid-19
Belagavi: A 25-year-old pregnant woman was detected positive for Covid-19 in Belagavi. With this detection, the health department has jumped into action. Minister Satish Jarkiholi instructs to complete development works within time frame
Belagavi: The Belagavi district minister Satish Jarkiholi chaired a Karnataka Development Programme (KDP) meeting at the Central Hall of the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha (SVS) on Tuesday. Head constable stabbed while arresting dacoity accused
Bidar: Police arrested three suspects on Friday in connection with the dacoity that took place in Old Adarsh Colony on April 26. The arrested are Kartar Singh from Parali village in Beed district of Maharashtra, his brother Jagjit Singh from Bidar and Akshay from Pune. Police have also detained another person involved in selling the stolen gold, though details are pending. The dacoity occurred in the early hours of April 26 when five masked individuals entered the house of Jyotilata Santosh Kumar, a superintendent at the Deputy Commissioner's office, and stole gold ornaments valued at Rs 15.6 lakh at weapon point.
