BKR International adds new member firm in Morocco
BKR International has added Corporate Value Advisory as the newest member to its global network in Morocco. Corporate Value Advisory, established in 2017 and headquartered in Casablanca, provides a suite of consultancy services. These include strategic advisory, transformation leadership, financial evaluation, audit, and tax support. The addition is expected to bolster BKR's influence in North Africa and reinforce its footprint across French speaking (Francophone) Africa. The firm, under the leadership of managing partner Marouane Mouafir, has executed more than 140 transformation projects for a diverse range of clients. These are in both the public and private sectors throughout Morocco and the surrounding region. Mouafir said: 'We're delighted to be joining BKR International. This relationship opens new avenues for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and international exposure—especially in the context of our growth across Morocco and Francophone Africa. The firm's expertise also encompasses strategic planning, performance auditing, financial due diligence, and advisory services for significant institutional development programmes. Corporate Value Advisory's client portfolio extends to collaborations with international donors and financing institutions such as the World Bank, EBRD, and GIZ. Additionally, it has played an advisory role to the Moroccan government on economic and investment policies.
