Ali Jackson-Jolley is an assistant managing editor at Forbes, where she leads diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and strategies aimed at achieving a newsroom that is reflective of the Forbes audience and society at large. Notably, Ali launched the Forbes HBCU Scholars Program (formerly the Forbes HBCU Fellowship Program), the Forbes + Gold House Business Journalism Accelerator, and the Forbes BLK editorial community.
