Deadly crash in Ector County
ECTORY COUNTY, Texas (KMID/KPEJ) – Preliminary information revealed that one vehicle was traveling northbound on FM 866 and disregarded the stop sign at the intersection of SH 302. The other vehicle involved in the deadly crash was towing a trailer, and traveling eastbound on State Highway 302. The vehicle with the trailer proceeded to strike the vehicle traveling northbound on FM 866.
The driver of vehicle traveling on northbound on FM 866 was pronounced dead at the scene. The person who died in the crash was Bailon Kevin Pinon, 28 of Seminole, Texas.
This crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available at this time.
