National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend February 21-23
Ill. (WTWO/WAWV)— National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend is February 21-23, and the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois are going big.
This will be the biggest weekend for the Girl Scout Cookie Program and cookie booths will be set up all across southern Illinois. They have now made it easier than ever to find cookies near you as well. To find a nearby cookie booth, or even have them delivered to your door, you can visit this link or text COOKIES to 59618.
You can buy cookies for yourself, or donate a few boxes to the Bake It Forward program. The Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois will partner with local children's hospitals and Ronald McDonald House as the recipients for the cookies donated this season.
Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois currently serves almost 6,400 girls and over 3,600 adults in 40 counties across southern Illinois.
