Israeli enemy forces continue siege of al-Awda Hospital in northern Gaza

Gaza - Saba: Bakr Abu Safia, head of the surgery department at al-Awda Hospital, confirmed on Saturday that all roads leading to the hospital in Tal al-Zaatar, northern Gaza Strip, are closed, either directly by the Israeli enemy or indirectly due to the bombing and destruction. Abu Safia said in a press statement on Saturday: "We are not receiving any new cases due to the continued Israeli siege of the hospital, and we are working to continue treating the wounded and patients we have." He added: "All the doors and windows in the hospital have been destroyed as a result of the ongoing bombing operations in the vicinity of the hospital. We clearly hear the sounds of gunfire, bombing, bulldozing, and the placement of booby-trapped robots from inside the hospital." Abu Safia noted that an Israeli military drone "dropped a bomb inside Al-Awda Hospital in Tal al-Zaatar yesterday, Friday, injuring three hospital security personnel." He continued: "The siege of the hospital forced us to make an opening or window in the building's wall to access the second building." On Friday, three medical personnel were injured when an Israeli drone targeted Al-Awda Hospital in Tel al-Zaatar, north of Gaza. The hospital director, Mohammed Saleha, announced that three medical personnel, one of whom was seriously injured, were injured in an Israeli attack while they were inside the emergency room.
