Yue Hing is best known for its fragrant milk tea and signature sandwiches stuffed with corned beef, luncheon meat, scrambled egg and peanut butter. The same viral banh mi are on offer here, loaded with pâté, cold cuts and pork floss flown in daily from Vietnam, sandwiched between a light and crispy baguette. Arrive early to snag one before they run out.
