Syrian actress and former Miss Asia World Angy Morad dies at 33 following severe health crisis
Dubai: Famous Syrian actress Angy Morad, known for her roles in television dramas, has passed away at the age of 33 following a severe health crisis, her family confirmed.
Morad, who was pregnant with her second child, suffered complications from a viral infection and was placed in intensive care in late January before succumbing to the illness.
Her mother, in a Facebook post, mourned the loss of her daughter and recalled the suffering she endured in her final days. 'May God have mercy on you, my daughter,' she wrote.

Concerns over Morad's health grew after she posted a distressing message on Facebook: 'I am dying, forgive me.'

Beyond acting, Morad gained international attention in 2017 when she won the title of Miss Asia World.
