Barrett Fraser, 43, is missing from an address in Guysborough County, according to a news release from the health authority. Fraser is described at five-foot-nine, 214 pounds, with short brown and grey hair and a brown and grey beard. 'The patient's risk to himself and others increases with the length of time he is away from treatment,' reads the release.
