5 injured, 1 fatally, in Dover shooting outside home
Five men were shot, one fatally, in Dover early on the morning of June 14, police said. A 22-year-old man died after being shot in the upper body, while four others were hit by bullets in various places. They included: A 58-year-old man, from Dover, shot in his lower body A 26-year-old man, from Dover, shot in his lower body A 24-year-old man, from Dover, shot in his lower body A 21-year-old man, from Dover, shot in his upper body Dover police said the shooting happened a little after 12:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Barrister Place as "a group of individuals was standing in front of a residence." Officers who responded there found the 22-year-old man critically injured. Police attempted first aid and he was rushed to Bayhealth Hospital's Kent Campus, where he died. Police will identify him once family has been notified. Dover police said as of about 10 a.m. on June 14 there were "no additional leads to release at this time." Got a tip? Five men were shot, one fatally, in Dover early on the morning of June 14, police said. A 22-year-old man died after being shot in the upper body, while four others were hit by bullets in various places.
