Country stars Luke Bryan and Sam Hunt to rock Bash on the Bay 8
PUT-IN-BAY — Bash on the Bay 8 will return to Put-in-Bay this summer with a star-studded lineup. The festival is set for Aug. 13-14, according to an announcement. This two-day event will feature a mix of country music superstars and emerging talent, promising an exciting experience for fans.
Headlining the festival on Aug. 13 is five-time Entertainer of the Year Luke Bryan. Fans can catch him this spring on ABC's "American Idol," where he will serve as a celebrity judge alongside Carrie Underwood and Lionel Richie. Opening for Bryan will be Ashley McBryde, a multi-award-winning artist known for hits like 'One Night Standards' and 'Never Wanted to be That Girl.' Afternoon performances will include Kin Faux and Alex Miller.
The following day, Aug. 14, will feature Sam Hunt, a diamond-selling artist with 10 number one songs to his name. Some of his well-known tracks include 'Body Like a Back Road' and 'Kinfolks.' Supporting Hunt will be Russell Dickerson and Bret Michaels. Dickerson is recognized for hits such as 'Yours' and 'Blue Tacoma.' Michaels has a fan base spanning three generations and is known for his work with the band Poison. His hits include 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn' and 'Nothing But A Good Time.'
