Bay County begins summer reading challenge
BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – Summer reading for Bay County students just got a little more exciting.
The Bay County Public Library Foundation is sponsoring the Teen Summer Reading Challenge through the 'Color Our World' summer reading program.
From June 2 to July 10, students aged 12 to 17 can pick up a reading challenge for a chance to win a prize.
Go to the Bay County, Panama City Beach or Parker Public libraries to participate.
The prize is a 76-piece Pro Art supplies kit including color, watercolor and sketching pencils, graphite and pads of paper.
There are other summer reading incentives for students of all ages to look forward to.
